Exciting News – We’re Now Hub 21!
We’re thrilled to share that The Down Syndrome Centre North East  has rebranded and will now proudly be known as Hub 21 . Our charity has grown so much since we began in 2017 — from a small, parent-led idea to a thriving, independent organisation supporting almost 140 families  across Monaghan, Louth, Cavan, and Meath, with our reach extending into Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, and Longford. We felt it was time for a name that reflects who we are and the amazing community we serve
