On Saturday 1st February we were delighted to have "Mess Chef" Roisin Matthews host a workshop at our Centre which involved the children creating a tasty seasonal dish; Moroccan Chicken Couscous. The session gave all the chance to taste and/or bring home their creations, a recipe sheet to take home, and sensory play session based on the theme of the recipe.
We loved that the dish was based around seasonal vegetables and real cooking skills meaning that both the children, and their parents, had great fun whilst taking part in an educational food discovery class.
